An Event Apart – Minneapolis

I attended the An Event Apart web design conference last week in Minneapolis and it was a very welcome change from the previous conferences I’ve attended. AEA is geared specifically for web designers and all of the topics are great. Most of the speakers’ enthusiasm for the topic really came through. All in all, AEA an extremely inspiring two days and I’m looking forward to another conference.

It is more expensive than some of the local Oregon conferences I’ve attended, but you definitely get what you pay for. If you are a web designer, then you’ll be hearing about the topics you’re interested from the authors of books and articles you reference.
